Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and are sent from our warehouse in Madrid.
It is very important that at the time of ordering, you leave us a correct email since once the order leaves the warehouse, the transport company will inform you of the itinerary until you reach your home.

Free shipping is only available in Peninsular Spain and Portugal for all standard shipments.
In case of disagreement with the order received, VaïRa Shoes offers a free size change service for the first change, in case of return see the conditions here. Only products in perfect condition are allowed, with the original packaging. The refund period in case of return must be made in 14 business days.
For orders made from: European Union, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the shipping costs will be 22 euros.
Buyers from the rest of the world, the shipping costs will be 30 euros.
