EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

If our shoes do not suit your needs or you need another size / model, you can request a return or exchange. You must write an email to devolucion@vairashoes.com, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product, indicating the number of your order.

The exchange or return must be made in the original packaging, without damage or defect.

Once the good condition of the shoes has been verified, the size / model change will be carried out within 24 - 72 hours from receipt. In the case of a return, the amount will be refunded in the same way in which the payment was made, within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping costs for change are FREE nationwide. (for the first change)

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

To proceed with the return you have to send us the completed and signed withdrawal form that you can download here.

You can return the products in the following ways:

Sending them (on your own) to the address that we indicate by email or ...

... if you prefer, VaïRa will send a courier to the address you indicate. This service will cost € 6.90, which will be discounted in the refund of the total amount.

In Europe and the rest of the world, the exchange or return costs are borne by the customer.
